Been Going There For 3-4 Years Now. Crista Cuts my Hair.
I saw Katie two times and it was a horrible experience both times. The first time I had an appointment and I had to wait for almost an hour because she was so behind. She did a pretty good job cutting my hair so I figured it was a fluke. The second time I spent when I made my appointment I stressed to her I would not have the time to sit around and wait. I still ended up waiting for 15 minutes because she chose to eat her lunch before she cut my hair. I completely understand people need to eat lunch but I found it extremely unprofessional for her to make me wait so long when I had told her I was leaving work during my lunch break and I only had a few minutes to spare and she told me it would be no problem. Then her husband came in while she was cutting my hair and they talked about paying their bills and what not the ENTIRE time she cut my hair. My hair was totally butchered. One side was way longer than the other side and my layers were even extremely uneven. There were parts of my hair you could tell she hadn't even trimmed. To be continued...

Continued from previous post...My bangs were only half way cut so most of them were still in my face. Unfortunately I was in a hurry (it also took her forever to check me out because she was still talking to her husband) so I didn't notice until I went back to work. I called her and told her how unpleased I was and it was really difficult to get back to see her to fix it. When I went back her family and small child were there. So, again I had to wait several minutes to be seen. The whole time she was telling me that's how my hair was supposed to look but she would fix it if I wanted her to. Seriously!? She wouldn't even take the fault for screwing up my hair! She still did not evenly trim my hair so I ended up having to go somewhere else to have it fixed. She had to cut two inches off my hair in order to make it all even. That lady kept telling me all the technical flaws with the cuts that she had ,eased it. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with getting my hair cut. I've heard tons of good things about Tracy's salon so I was hugely disapponted that I wasted so much money. I will never go back there.
