Called to pay my bill, Paul was indescribably rude, and then had the nerve to call me back and say "yea this is the guy you just hung up on, why did you hang up" he then changed the story to say he was just asking who I was and wasn't rude, yet when I had my friend call back to ask for a manager he was still rude and said the manager wasn't in. Absolutely disgusting example of customer service.
