Ordered flowers for my anniversay, they delivered an arrangement with a card and balloon that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY. When I called to get my money back she said she made the mistake, but in order to refund the entire amount she would have to come get the arrangement and balloon. Absolutely ridiculous.
