Bought a 'leather' sofa here a few years ago. Paid leather price. As the years have went by, and it's accumulated several small scratches and such, as you would expect with 3 kids. Further examination of the scratches reveals that it is in fact vinyl, not leather. This is the second and last time that something similar to this has happened with furniture bought from there. I will never shop there again and will advise everyone I come in contact with to steer clear as well.
the worst service ever. I told them I needed my delivery early and they said it would be in the morning, at noon I call and they say it won't be until two or three. the woman thought she put me on hold to talk to the warehouse and said "it's her again". I have never had such rude service before. I will never shop there again.
The sales people were very nice. After a week of really bad sleep and an aching back, I tried to exchange for a different mattress. The manager (Jack I think) was very unpleasant. He said that the salespeople incorrectly told me there was a return policy.
PS- Is it fair for one of the salespeople who works there to give this place a 5 star review below?
Purchased an expensive serta mattress from them with the guarantee that I could try it and bring it back if I didn't like it.
He then offered to take it back with the condition that he give me the sale price I paid in store credit, but I would pay full retail for whatever I swapped it for. I would lose nearly $1500!
I'm now shopping for a new living room and dining room set. Needless to say I won't be spending my several thousand dollars at Grand in Wise. I don't care how many free Cokes they give me.
