Lots of employees just standing around and none offered to help with what I was looking for but that's typical you usually have to go find somebody or just find it yourself

Had roofing installed. Contractor did a poor job. Lowe's sent a letter stating it was done the manufacturer standards. And will do nothing to correct it. All I wanted was for someone outside the contractor to look at my roof.
